Charles Younis, Director
Charles commenced his audit career with Deloitte where he advised a number of large manufacturing clients. He gained his tax and corporate secretarial experience with Ernst & Young. In 1979, he founded Younis & Co to assist family and privately-owned business, and entrepreneurs on their accounting and taxation matters. His clients not only value his technical expertise, they keenly seek out his knowledge of the construction and property industry to assist in their wealth creation strategies.

Pierre Wakim, Director
Pierre has over 8 years’ experience working with owners and their growing enterprises on ways to effective manage tax, increase wealth, protect business and personal assets, and succession plan. Prior to joining Younis & Co he was manager at Deloitte and worked in their Growth Solutions area which advised privately held businesses with interests in Australia and overseas. Naomi Mitchell, Director

Louis Hanna, Business Services
Louis has been with Younis & Co for 6 years and prior to this, Permanent Business Advisors, the accounting arm of Trust Company Limited. He specialises in advising business owners on the business, tax and accounting issues and requirements at every stage of their business’ lifecycle – from start up, consolidation to exit. He has a depth of knowledge on succession planning, tax effective exit strategies and means of capital raising.
